The Red Hat sponsored Linux distribution Fedora is releasing its latest version “Leonidas” in the upcoming weeks as you can see above in the countdown widget. The main point of the update was to update several of the programs shipped with Fedora including the following:

At Microsoft TechEd North America 2009, Microsoft announced it’s intentions to ship Windows 7 (and Windows Server 2008 RC2) before the holidays this year. Several new features have been added to Windows 7 that were not present in Windows Vista or any other previous Windows OS. One of these features is an included program called “Problem Steps Recorder” or psr.exe. This program may very well revolutionize the way we troubleshoot our computers.
